What we collect
What you enter on a request page: your name, email address, optional phone number, the area, home type and timing you choose, and how you allow the consultant to contact you.
With your request we also record the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source), so we know which marketing brought you. While you browse the guide, this browser tab remembers those campaign tags until you close it; nothing personal is stored that way.
Why
To pass your request to the new-home sales consultant named on that page, after you confirm it by email, and to keep a record of your request and the permissions you gave.
Who receives it
The consultant named on the page, who works for the builder named there, after you confirm. LYFYE operates the site, keeps the record and uses service providers to host it and send the confirmation email. We do not sell your information or share it with other agents, other builders or lenders.
Your choices
